Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AOC Platform mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by AOC Platform ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

AOC Platform provides an emergency medical services management system that includes:

• Ambulance dispatch and assignment management.


• Real-time GPS tracking and navigation for emergency vehicles.


• Patient assessment and medical information recording.


• Communication between dispatch centers and field units.


• Operations monitoring, reporting, and analytics dashboards.


• Push notification services for mission-critical alerts.

The Service is provided as a professional tool for authorized emergency medical service organizations and their personnel.

3.1 Eligibility
The Service is available only to individuals who are:

• At least 18 years of age.


• Authorized by a registered emergency medical service organization.


• Properly trained and credentialed for their assigned role.

3.2 Account Registration
Access to the Service requires account registration through your authorized organization. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.


• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.


• Immediately notify your organization administrator of any unauthorized use of your account.


• Accept responsibility for all activity conducted through your account.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purposes related to emergency medical service operations. You shall not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.


• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other user accounts, or connected systems.


• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.


• Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.


• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, performance, or security of the Service.


• Share account credentials with unauthorized individuals.


• Use the Service to collect, store, or transmit personal data in violation of applicable privacy laws.


• Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Service.

The Service requires access to your device's location services for core functionality including ambulance tracking and dispatch. By using the Service, you acknowledge that:

• Real-time location data will be collected during active use.


• Location data may be shared with dispatch centers, supervisors, and connected hospital systems.


• You may disable location services through your device settings, but this may impair Service functionality.


• Your organization may require location services to be enabled during duty hours per their operational policies.

6.1 Your Data
You retain ownership of the data you input into the Service (e.g., patient assessments, operational notes). You grant us a limited license to use, process, and store this data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

6.2 Patient Data
Patient medical data collected through the Service must be handled in accordance with applicable healthcare data protection laws and your organization's policies. You are responsible for ensuring that patient data entry complies with all relevant regulations.

6.3 Confidentiality
All operational data, patient information, and system information accessed through the Service is confidential. You agree not to disclose such information to unauthorized parties.

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, interfaces, and underlying technology, is owned by AOC Platform and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the Service. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance and updates.


• System upgrades and security patches.


• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).

We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned downtime when possible.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. The Service is a support tool for emergency operations and does not replace professional medical judgment or established emergency protocols.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AOC PLATFORM AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF REVENUE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by your organization for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if:

• You violate these Terms.


• Your organization's subscription or agreement is terminated.


• Your authorization or employment with the organization ends.


• Required by law or regulation.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through the appropriate legal channels.
